Jump
Rope for Heart! February 19th- March 13th
We
are proud to announce that Blake Lower School is partnering with the American
Heart Association’s annual Jump Rope for Heart event as a Service
Learning project in which our students can earn donations from others and give
to a great cause. We will conclude this wonderful service project on March
13th with a jump rope assembly. We participate in this event to honor all
of those affected by heart disease including George Lagerstrom (BC) who was a
great inspiration to us all. This helps us to remember how
important our heart is and how important it is for us to help others in need.
Our
school’s team name is:
Blake Elementary School-Highcroft Lower
